The East Tennessee Gamers is a group of fun adults — both men and women –which meets every Thursday evening in the Knoxville area to socialize and play board and card games. We play all types of European and American style games, with the emphasis being squarely placed on fun. While winning is a goal, having fun while playing is the main objective.
The group was formed in June 2005 and has been meeting weekly ever since. We meet in the homes of our members, which provides a comfortable setting to socialize and play. We chat, we laugh, we munch on chips and sweets, and, of course, we play games!

Hello,
I am moving to the area in the next week or so, depending on the snow. BUt I am looking for group to play nearly any type of games with. I have been a gamer for over 25 years, and have experience running demos and running games of nearly every type.

Hey, Richard. Yes, these are games that members play, but as they are 2-player games, they are not usually played at our regular game nights, where we concentrate on multi-player games. However, many of our members play them on other occasions.
